Postales desde el Limbo is a solidarity art exhibition that every year brings together more than 800 established and emerging artists for charity, adapting a New York project to the city of Zaragoza.
All the artists creates their art in the 13×18 cm postal supports, signing the work on the back. In this way, the buyer does not know whose work he is buying until he has paid for it, being influenced only by the sensations it transmits and not by its author.
The profits of the exhibition are donated in full to Centro de solidaridad de Zaragoza – Proyecto Hombre. This organization has been running for almost 40 years helping people dealing with addiction issues.
The following modalities may participate in the XI edition of Postcards from Limbo:
1. Original work made in any artistic technique, either flat or volumetric, as long as it does not exceed the 13×18 cm format.
2. Photography, either with unique copies (1/1) or copies of a limited series, with a maximum of 10 reproductions (1/10).
3. Digital works, as long as they are manually intervened after printing, so that they become unique copies, or a copy of a limited series, with a maximum of 10 reproductions (1/10).
